Craniosacral therapy (CST) is gentle hands on method of bodywork that targets the fascia and release tension from the body. The technique works by using an extremely light amount of pressure to alleviate the tightness causes by a variety of factors.

CST works well for everyone especially infants, babies, and children due to how light the touch is. Newborns are especially tense due to the physiology of gestation and the process of birth. Infant Craniosacral sessions benefit every baby but especially those with feeding difficulties, asymmetrical/misshaped heads, muscle tension, general malaise.
